Raising the limits

Some compensation limits have been raised with effect from 1 February. The revised limits are:

• Maximum award for unfair dismissal: �63,000

• Maximum calculable week's pay: �330

• Maximum award for unfair dismissal while acting as an employee representative: �4,400
