Raising the limits

Some compensation limits have been raised with effect from 1 February. The revised limits are:

• Maximum award for unfair dismissal: £63,000

• Maximum calculable week's pay: £330

• Maximum award for unfair dismissal while acting as an employee representative: £4,400
