Important protection this summer

With the countdown to the summer holiday nearly into single digits, many ASCL members will be digging out and dusting off their travel insurance policies.

Now is the time to review your travel insurance to make sure that you and your family are fully covered and that your plan allows to you make a claim quickly and easily. With this in mind, ASCL has been working with AIS Direct Limited to offer a specially designed affinity travel insurance policy which provides annual worldwide travel cover for all ASCL members, their families and their friends and relatives.

AIS has designed an annual travel cover for ASCL members which provides excellent cover for travel worldwide at a competitive premium of £57.50 including insurance premium tax (IPT) for individuals up to and including age 65; £67.50 including IPT for couples up to and including age 65; and £77.50 including IPT for family cover.

For ASCL associate members, AIS has organised a set of policies for those over 65 and it can supply an annual policy up to age 79 and a single trip policy up to age 89.

Looking ahead to the autumn term, a travel policy which includes winter sports at an additional premium is also available.
