Holiday entitlement

In a judgement that may possibly have an impact on situations where non-teaching staff are permitted to take their annual holiday during term time, the European Court of Justice has confirmed that if an employee is taken ill while on holiday, s/he can claim sick leave and then go on to claim the holiday that the sick leave interrupted.
