International placements

NCSL and the British Council are actively recruiting secondary heads to take part in the International Placements for Headteachers programme.

The programme offers serving heads with three years' experience the opportunity to examine and reflect upon leadership, values and practice through an international study visit. Placements are for one or two weeks; each placement consists of 10 to 12 heads, one of whom will act as a facilitator.
