Sexual harassment
Sexual harassment cases are being pursued with increasing frequency and, according to an Equal Opportunities Commission report, there is one successful case every week on average and nearly a quarter of successful sex discrimination cases are for sexual harassment.
The problem with sexual harassment is that the perpetrators and their managers do not always realise that something that is not acceptable is also not lawful. The EOC has published guidance for employers at www.eoc.org.uk/pdf/sexual_harassment_managers_

Members would be well advised to have a copy available for training purposes.
